Hello! We are the Executive Committee of the Leadership Training Association (LTA) — a dedicated team of young professionals united by one goal: to develop and empower the next generation of leaders in Hong Kong.

The world continues to evolve at extraordinary speed. Climate pressures, economic shifts, demographic changes, technological disruption, and evolving social expectations present challenges that often have no straightforward answers. In this dynamic environment, we firmly believe every Hongkonger must discover and activate their inner leadership — to guide, inspire, and create positive change amid uncertainty.

Since its founding over 30 years ago, LTA has continuously delivered leadership training programmes that prepare emerging talent for real-world impact. Through experiential learning, peer collaboration, and deep personal reflection, we equip participants with the tools and confidence to lead effectively in Hong Kong and beyond.

As the 2026 Executive Committee, we are proud to carry forward this legacy. We remain fully committed to nurturing principled, agile, and purpose-driven leaders who will help shape a more resilient, inclusive, and vibrant Hong Kong.
