Mr. CHAN, Albert

Mr. Chan is currently Investment Services Vice President of KGI Asia Limited. He graduated from the University of Manchester in England with a major in Nuclear Engineering. Mr. Chan was a facilitator of the Leadership Training Course in 1990 and he was nominated as Honorary Advisor of the Leadership Training Association in 1999.

Ms. CHAN, Kathy

Ms. Chan is currently Founder and Chief Consultant of PR Consultancy in Public Communication Strategy Consultancy. She was nominated as Honorary Advisor in 2014.

Mr. HO, Henry

Chairman of Leadership Training Association for 1997 and 1998, was nominated as Honorary Advisor in 1999. Mr. Ho is currently the Executive Director of Ming Hing Waterworks Holding Limited.

Mr. HO, Fergus

Mr. Ho currently serves in Kam Hing International Micro-Organism Technology Co. Ltd. He graduated from the University of Manchester in England with a major in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. Mr. Ho is a member of The Institution of Engineering and Technology and had over 20 years experience in IT before moving to agricultural industry for 3 years.

Mr. Ho was a facilitator of the Leadership Training Course in 1990, and was nominated as Honorary Advisor in 2013.

Mr. HOFF, Michael

Director of Institute of Cultural Affairs Hong Kong, course designer and chief trainer for the Leadership Training Course for 1990 to 1993. Mr. Hoff relocated back to the United States of America in 1993.

Mr. KWAN, Alan

Founder and Chairman of Leadership Training Alumni for 1992 and 1993 was nominated as Honorary Advisor in 1994. Mr. Kwan is currently the Managing Director of Cona Electronics Co Ltd.

Prof. KWOK Siu-Tong

Currently Vice Chairman of Drucker Academy. Professor Kwok was former Executive Vice-President of the United International College (UIC) - jointly founded by Beijing Normal University and Hong Kong Baptist University, was nominated as Honorary Advisor in 2001.

Dr. LAI, Christine

Dr. Lai is currently the CEO and Founder of Management of Heart Consultancy Limited aiming to serve in people and organization development, human resources consultancy, teaching, career and life coaching. Over years, she has excelled in people management in various global financial institutions (like Royal Bank of Scotland, ABN-AMRO Bank and Morgan Stanley) and the largest educational publishing company in the world (Pearson Education Asia Ltd.).

She has maintained her voluntary services to HK universities. From 2001 to 2006, she has served as a chair- lady of Management School Advisory Committee of CityU. She has been a part-time lecturer at PolyU's MBA, CityU's MBA and BU's Master of HR programs. She has served as a mentor for MBA and BA undergraduates from CUHK and BU.

Dr. Lai was nominated as Honorary Advisor in 2014.

Mr. LAM, Daniel

Champion and architect of the Leadership Training Association. Mr. Lam, an accountant by profession is currently a freelance consultant based in mainland China.

Mr. LAM, Andrew, SBS, JP

Mr. Lam is currently Member of the Legislative Council of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. He is an urban planner by profession and established his business platform on agriculture and real estate investment after departing his professional practice.

Mr. Lam has devoted himself to serving the community. He is now the Chairman of the Antiquities Advisory Board, Member of the Lantau Development Advisory Committee, Member of the Consultative Committee on Economic and Trade Co-operation between Hong Kong and the Mainland, Executive Council Member of the Hong Kong Sea Cadet Corps and Board Member of the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority. He was nominated as Honorary Advisor in 2010.

Mr. LEE, Esmond

Currently CEO of Euroclear Bank Hong Kong Branch. Mr. Lee served as the Executive Director in charge of the Financial Infrastructure Department at the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) from 1 February 2008 to 7 August 2016 and Senior Advisor of the Financial Services Development Council (FSDC) between 22 August 2016 and 21 August 2017.

Mr Lee was an officiating guest of the Leadership Training Course in 2015 and guest speaker of Leadership Summit 2017. He was nominated as Honorary Advisor in 2018.

Mr. LEUNG, Johnny

Mr. Leung currently serves as Managing Director of Virtual Semiconductor Ltd, is a Chartered Electrical Engineer by profession. Mr. Leung graduated from Plymouth University in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with three decades of industrial experience.

Served as facilitator of the Leadership Training Course in 1990, Mr. Leung was nominated as Honorary Advisor in 1992.

Ir Dr Hon LO Wai-Kwok, GBS, MH, JP

Dr. Lo is currently Member of the Legislative Council of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (Engineering Functional Constituency). He also serves as Chairman of the Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency and a number of government boards of the Hong Kong SAR. He was an awardee of both the "Young Industrialist Awards of Hong Kong" and the "Ten Outstanding Young Persons Selection" in 1992. He was appointed as a "Justice of the Peace" in 2004.

Dr. Lo was nominated as Honorary Advisor of the Leadership Training Association in 1992.

Ms. Tang, Haster

Ms. Haster Tang has served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Hong Kong Interbank Clearing Limited since 2010. Ms. Tang began her career in the Banking Commission of the Hong Kong Government as a bank examiner. She continued her public sector service by joining the Hong Kong Monetary Authority since its establishment in 1993. Ms. Tang worked in several areas including banking supervision, reserve management, external relations and human resources management. Her last posting in the Hong Kong Monetary Authority was Head of the Payment Systems Operation Division looking after operation and development of critical financial market infrastructures including the multi-currency interbank payment systems and the central securities settlement system for debt securities in Hong Kong. Ms Tang graduated from the University of Manchester in England with a major in Economics.

Ms. Tang was a facilitator of the Leadership Training Course in 1990, and was nominated as Honorary Advisor in 2013.

Mr. WONG Law-Fai

Mr. Wong currently serves as Managing Director of Wan Chung Construction Co. Ltd. Hong Kong, he is a Technical Director and Authorised Signatory and under Building Registration of the company.He is a registered professional engineer (building) in Hong Kong, a registered professional surveyor (quantity surveying) in Hong Kong, a member of The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers, a member of The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors, a member of The Chartered Institute of Building (the United Kingdom) and a member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (the United Kingdom).

Mr. Wong was nominated as Honorary Advisor in 2001.

Honorary Auditor

Ms. Angela Tso, a Chartered Accountant, was appointed as Honorary Auditor since 2013 to offer her professional service to the Association. Ms. Tso also served as the Vice-Chairman and Honorary Treasurer of Leadership Training Association in 2010 and 2008 respectively.

Honorary Legal Advisor

Ms. Christina Lee, a solicitor by profession with legal firm Baker and McKenzie, has been offering her professional service to the Association as Honorary Legal Advisor since 2009.
