Experiential learning is the process of learning through experience, and is more specifically defined as "learning through reflection on what have been doing, thinking, and feeling ".

It is distinct from rote or didactic learning, in which the learner in experiential learning plays a comparatively active role as they have involvement.

In the course, there will be designated group exercise for team to complete. After that, there will be a specific facilitation framework that enables a focused conversation within the team.

The team requires being of the actual data and deal with their emotional responses to the topic in order to undertake better analysis and generate implication for learning.
